Too many of us shy away from even thinking about a healthy lifestyle because we believe it means all or nothing--never eating another slice of cake, exercising everyday, and going to bed every night at 9 p.m. Well, you don't have to be a professional athlete to live a healthy lifestyle--there are small things you can do everyday to improve your physical health. The keys to good physical health are eating nutrient rich foods (most of the time), exercising (some of the time, but on a regular schedule), and getting proper rest anytime you can.
